IGNITE 2021 – Fresher’s Day was conducted in RIMS from 22nd November, 2021 to decide the Best Fresher winner and runner-up for the batch of 2021-23 students. The first round was CONNEXION, the second round CHIT CHAT, third round Quiz and Fourth round Role play.

RIMS Guest Lecture for the month of November on the topic “Logistics in Army Service Corps” for PGDM 2021- 23 batch and the speaker was COL ZAHL TANTRA, Military Officer, India. The speaker briefed that unlike any commercial supply chain, army supply chain is known to have reverse and lateral flows. As and when army inculcates a weapon in its arsenal, it is solely responsible for its maintenance, upgradation and disposition

RIMS Guest Lecture Series – 2021 started with the topic ‘Basics of Stock Market and Mutual Fund Investment’ for the first semester of PGDM 2021-23 batch and the speaker was Mr. Dheeraj Ranka, Founder and Principal Trainer, Meghana International. The session started by interacting with students regarding the importance of capital for any start up or business. AARAMBH – 7th Installation of President and office bearers

HR Club ‘NEETI’ on 8 th December, 2021 To assist students in developing themselves in their desired field and to improve their skills such as organizational, presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills, Dr.Dhanalakshmi. K and the student coordinators of HR club of RIMS conducted the management fest under the name“CHANAKYA NEETI” for the first year PGDM students. The first round was the “GADBAD”, where a bunch of HR related terms given in a jumbled form to the students.

22nd November, 2021 was named as Peace day and students were asked to wear blue/white coloured dresses. The first event was RANGOLI. The second event was MEHENDI. Fifteen groups participated in the event.
