RIMS Outbound Program for PGDM students is designed to enhance Leadership, Teamwork, and Problem-solving skills through hands-on activities. Students were engaged in team challenges, leadership drills, and adventure sports that push them out of their comfort zones. These activities aim to foster collaboration, self-discovery, and professional growth.
