PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PEO)
PEO 01: To impart students with outcome-based education in management subjects, expose them to real life managerial situations and to enable them handle professional and ethical challenges in the present global scenario.
PEO 02: To provide our students with a realistic learning environment through industry- academia collaboration to develop managerial and entrepreneurship capabilities and qualities.
PEO 03: To create a conducive environment for students and faculty and motivate them to involve themselves in research, training, and consultancy.
PEO 04: To ensure our graduates are industry ready and have high Personal & Institutional Integrity, are aware of their Social/Corporate Responsibility, recognise the value of Teamwork and are prepared for Continuous Learning.

PROGRAM SPECIFIC OUTCOMES (PSO)
Upon completion of the program, the student should be able to:
PSO 01: Apply knowledge of management theories and practices to solve business problems
PSO 02: Develop an ability to understand, relate, practice and communicate global, political, economic, social, technological, environmental, legal, and ethical aspects of business.
PSO 03: Can lead self and others in following the policies of the organization and in the achievement of organizational goals and contributing effectively to a healthy team environment.
PSO 04: Can apply knowledge, skills and Positive attitude required to provide effective leadership in a global environment.
PSO 05: Become competent and ethical management professionals with strong values and capable of assuming significant roles in various sectors of the Indian Economy and Society.
