Dr. Swapna has completed her MBA and PhD from the prestigious Vellore Institute of Technology. Prior to starting her career as an academician, she has worked as a HR Generalist and is currently an accomplished academician with over 21 years of experience in the field of Higher Education. She is one among 5 in Karnataka to complete Post - Doctoral Research from the INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CHANGE (ISEC), Bangalore. Recently she has been empanelled as an assessor for National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). She is currently Professor and Principal, Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies, Bengaluru. She successfully completed a funded project for a Chinese multinational company in China. She was invited to attend an education summit in Thailand as an Indian representative. Her work on community development for HYUNDAI MOTOR INDIA was published in the TIMES OF INDIA in 2003.She has to her credit over 6 certifications ranging from Technology leadership from Harvard which she is currently pursuing to Managerial Economics from IIMB. Dr.Swapna has presented more than 31 papers in International Conferences including Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and Thailand) and 20 papers in National Level conferences. She has to her credit 15 paper publications. She has delivered various invited talks. She has served the academic community in varied capacities as Member of the Board of Examiners and Board of Studies, Paper setter in various Colleges and Universities. Dr.Swapna is the recipient of the prestigious Research Award from Vellore Institute of Technology.

Dr. Prasad Linganna has a total of 35 years of work experience, which includes 24 years in the industry and 11 years in academics at Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies (RIMS). He is currently serving RIMS as Registrar (Evaluation) and as an Associate Professor. He teaches subjects such as Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Marketing Management, Marketing Research, Consumer Behaviour, Business Environment, Sales, Logistics Management, Technology Management, Managerial Leadership, Retail Management, International Business, International HRM, International Marketing and Management Information Systems. During his long stint of 24 years in the Industry, Dr. Prasad has worked in industry segments such as Computer Hardware, Computer Networking and Set Top Boxes. Over the years, he has acquired valuable experience in the areas of Sales and Marketing, Operations, General Management and Consulting. Dr. Prasad has worked at reputed Indian and Multinational Companies and has held responsible positions such as Sales Director (India) for Altech UEC (a South Africa based manufacturer of Set Top Boxes), Country Head (India) for Pan-duit Int’l Corp (a US based manufacturer of Wiring & Communication products), Regional Head (South India) for Datacraft (a Singapore based Networking Systems Integrator), Sales Manager at Microland, Tata Elxsi India Ltd, and Digital Equipment India Ltd.
